This is a graphic organizer I created when I taught the three levels of government: local, state, and federal. It has images of Georgia buildings for the state level, but you could alter it for any state. There are spaces for students to record the title and names of the level leaders and services each level of government provides. I teach second grade, but you could use this in 3rd, 4th, or 5th grades. Enjoy!
