Get to Know Your Students this year through Google Slides that are fillable. I have already pre-inserted text boxes and instructions. Topics include: this or that, my favorites, about me, memory jar, my life in numbers, 2 truths and a lie, and facts about (insert teacher name- this slide is copied so can be completely edited). All slides are added as backgrounds so students cannot edit them.

I have this hung up at the front of my classroom. To get my students to focus on me whenever I need to say something I say: "Eyes on me in 3-2-1". If they fail to do this, I give them a warning. If they get to three warnings in one class period, they move from the letter N of NOISE to the letter O. This continues for the 6 weeks. Those classes that stayed on the letter N the whole 6 weeks get bonus points to their lowest assignment, those that are off the letter N get no bonus points, and those
