Menu Book Report

This is a book report form that can be edited to suit your needs. My students had a blast creating their own "menu" while reporting on a book that they read. It was originally created as part of our Parents as Reading Partners program contest, and was a big hit while coinciding with our 50s diner theme for the contest. Additional biographical information

I worked in the financial industry until having my children. While watching them grow into great students and wonderful people, I began working in a K-2 self-contained classroom as a part-time aide. That experience led me to a desire to have my own classroom and students. Since then I've taught 3rd grade, kindergarten, 5th grade, and am currently teaching 6th grade math.
