I hold a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, along with a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology focused on K–12 and adult learners. My formal education emphasizes instructional design, literacy development, assessment, and technology-enhanced learning, all of which inform the way I design classroom resources and professional learning experiences.
In addition to my degrees, I am committed to ongoing professional learning, particularly in the areas of reading and writing workshop, standards-based grading, and effective instructional systems for both students and teachers. My background in adult learning theory shapes how I create resources and training materials that are clear, practical, and immediately usable.
