This is an extension activity for area, perimeter, and volume. Students must design at least 5 rooms of their choosing. They can include bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, garage, bathrooms, game rooms, media rooms, or any other type of room. 1 rectangle 1 triangle 1 trapezoid 1 combined shape 1 parallelogram You can also have students actually create their home using paper, cardboard, legos, or any other supplies!
