Stephanie is an accomplished educator, consultant, and professional development leader with more than a decade of experience supporting teachers, schools, and districts across Texas. She began her career as a middle school math teacher, quickly earning recognition for making complex concepts accessible and engaging for students. Her classroom success led to roles as an instructional coach, academic dean, regional specialist, and principal—each expanding her expertise in curriculum design, instructional leadership, and educator development. Certified in Mathematics, ESL, Gifted and Talented Education, and Principal Leadership, Stephanie brings a broad instructional background and a deep understanding of effective teaching and learning. She is also Google and Canva Certified in Instructional Technology, using digital tools to design innovative, engaging, and accessible professional learning experiences. As a trained Essential Schools Framework Facilitator, she guides school and district teams in aligning instructional systems, data practices, and professional learning to drive sustainable improvement. At TeachWell Learning, Stephanie partners with districts and educational organizations to deliver meaningful, results-driven support. She designs and facilitates professional learning that helps educators strengthen instructional practices, implement high-quality materials with fidelity, and build systems that promote equitable student outcomes.
