This five scaled rubric was created to measure social growth for high school students with Asperger's or ASD. It could also be used for middle school children. I use it through out the year to show growth. It measures seventeen areas in which students tend to struggle. Some of them include hygiene, identify emotions in others and handling frustration, etc. I used this in Illinois as my Type 3 Assessment to show student growth.

The items could also be used as IEP goals or objectives. These are things that should be present in middle and high school students like hygiene, personal space, etc. It can also be used by Illinois teachers as a SLO.
