About the store
Susan is a K-12 Technology Integration Specialist at Christian Academy School System in Louisville/Southern Indiana. Her position primarily consists of guiding teachers and students through using the various technologies available into an effective, efficient learning environment. You can also find her online talking EdTech as the co-host of the Ask The Tech Coach Podcast with Jeff Bradbury. Susan is also the Communications Director at Little Flock Baptist Church in Shepherdsville, Kentucky where the whole family serves on the production team. They run audio and graphics for our live and livestream services. Her communications position is to manage the church social media accounts, website, and promotion of events. On a personal note, Susan enjoys family time with her husband David, teenage son Sam, and our niece Chelsea. They enjoy working on our property, gardening, and discovering new places. David also serves as editor and awesome supporter of this Tech Imaginations adventure.

Vocabulary Practice for Jamboard or Google Slides
This vocabulary practice template can be used as a background for Google Jamboard or Google slides to reinforce spelling or vocabulary words. This can be duplicated into more slides and frames for students to use for practicing a list of words. Using the drag/drop feature on Google Slides or the post-it note or drawing feature on Jam Boards, students can complete the definition, sentence, drawing, and synonyms for the list words.

Teaching style
My teaching style is very much an "I do, We do, You do" approach where either the teacher or the students use a hands on, discovery method to their learning.
Awards & shining teacher moments
I have served on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Society for Technology in Education since 2011. I have served as Parliamentarian, Vice-President, and have just finished my term as KySTE President.
My own education history
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky University and a Master's Degree in Information Studies (Technology Management) from Florida State University. My 2nd Master's Degree (Rank I) is in Instructional Computer Technology from Western Kentucky University.
