About the store
I am the former technology coordinator for a private school in Naperville, Illinois. Under my direction, the school integrated technology throughout the curriculum. We accomplished this by utilizing “real world” software that allowed the students to use their creative skills to develop solutions. In addition, they utilized multimedia, the Internet, and other software to create online projects and presentations. In addition to this experience, I have created and conducted teacher in-services and workshops on a variety of technology topics, including how to incorporate Reading & Writing Activities/Resources in a 1:1 Environment, interactive whiteboard techniques, Web 2.0 tools, differentiated learning with technology, and other relevant topics. I am also an faculty member for the University of Phoenix online campus, instructing graduate student educators in educational technology methods.
