Finishing up class with extra time to spare? Then use this resource! This is an exit ticket that asks students to give a short summary in two or less sentences on the day's lesson, and to rate the lesson with stars. I have provided two versions: one is online (on google forms), and the other is on paper (to be printed out). Enjoy this resource!

This resource is meant for homerooms, but can be for different things. This is a 4-Day end of year survey for students. It asks them personal questions based on how their year went, if they liked it, etc. There are different "topics" for the 4 days. Day 1 - Rating. Day 2 - Different Times of the Year. There are TWO of them, one is an Absent Work Form, for you to fill out so the students know aht work that they have to make up for their absence. Another is a lunch count form that you send everyday so the school knows what your class is having for the day. Enjoy this resource!
