Timeline templates are great for sequencing events or steps in a process, such as how a seed grows, or steps from egg to butterfly. Each template is two pages long (one with title and name lines and one without) so that you can make multiple copies and tape together for longer timelines. Each template comes in two orientations: horizontal (for legal-sized paper) and vertical (letter-sized paper). There are 4 template styles... This is a great timeline to use with first or second graders to help them understand the sequence of their lives. Photos or drawings can be added of important events, as well as having them add a sentence or phrase to describe. This was used as a September activity to introduce the kids to each other and to me. I made these sheets for myself to help "lay out" the school year in all the different subjects, to help me keep up with where I'm supposed to be.
