Fun activity to teach area. Using cheez-its as manipulatives you can use these worksheets to gradually teach the concept of Area. The packet starts off with placing cheez-its into the squares provided and then teaches that you can move to multiplying the sides and count the boxes to check your answers, and lastly the prompts are removed to multiply larger numbers to find the area of boxes.

This is a simple game used for Prek - 1st grade who are practicing adding, subtracting and/or writing numbers. They can use this to recognize dice numbers, count on from the first number to find the sum, and write the numbers in the boxes. A number line has been added to the bottom for support on recognizing how to write the numbers as well as to help add/subtract.
