Teaching style
I like hands-on fun that invites students to actively engage in the learning process. I encourage critical thinking and self-assessing. I REALLY enjoy using the workshop model in my classroom.

My own education history
I have a bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and a master's degree in Early Childhood Education with a specialization in reading and literacy. I also have my specialist degree in ECE and a gifted endorsement. I have an Ed.D. in Teacher Leadership and am certified in Educational Leadership. I enjoy going to school almost as much as I enjoy teaching!

I am a fifth grade ELA teacher, a mom, wife, and a daughter of the most high God. I love everything about my life and am humbly blessed by the gracious mercy of my heavenly father. I am thankful for the blessing of being able to create products for other teachers to use in their classroom.
