After you read We Don't Eat Our Classmates by Ryan T. Higgins, make your own Penelope Rex and classmates for her to "eat" nom nom nom! I had the students write their names on the overalls, and made it their-own-Rex! I also had the students work on making a plan for how to make their-own-Rex.
