Teaching style

My teaching style is all about energy, connection, and creativity! I believe learning should feel like an adventure, not a chore—so I blend structure with spontaneity, and mix solid content with games, stories, and real-world connections. Whether we’re diving into ancient civilizations or modern-day government, I aim to keep my classroom a space where curiosity leads the way, every student feels seen, and social studies comes to life!

Additional biographical information

The 2023–2024 school year was my very first year of teaching—and wow, was it a wild ride! I walked in bright-eyed and ready… only to realize I had no idea what I was doing, what I was teaching, or where the heck the resources were (spoiler: there weren’t any). So, like many first-year teachers, I became a one-person curriculum department—designing lessons, activities, and materials from scratch while trying to survive the daily chaos of middle school energy. 😅 I started this store because I get it—the overwhelm, the late nights, the endless Googling. If you're a new teacher (or just in need of fresh resources), I hope what I’ve created saves you time, stress, and maybe even a little sanity. You’ve got this—and I’ve got your back!
