This has been a hit with my students as most will eat Takis at lunchtime then come later and complain that their stomach hurts. I like to show them this poster and some different things we can try.
Make visits to the nurse’s office a little less stressful and a lot more fun with this Bluey themed poster! Designed with young students in mind, this colorful and familiar chart helps children better express their level of pain using relatable Bluey characters and kid-friendly language.
This was a MAJOR hit for hanging up in the hall. The kids got a good laugh out of it but so did the teachers as well. I laminated mine and will now be hanging it up every year!
Different style of nurse pass I created. Sometimes I change them depending on the needs of the school year. These ones turned out so simple but so easy to print multiple copies to cut out and have on hand to give to teachers to send with students.
This is a hygiene letter I made to send home with kids or to give to parents for those kiddos who need a little extra support or are starting to go through puberty.
Sign in sheets. Used to sign in/out students from the nurses office but can be used for other reasons as well. Each month has a theme. When I have substitutes this really helps them keep up with and track students as well as helps me with my charting and time stamps!
I love having this poster in my office because kids see it and always ask about the poster and it helps open up our conversation to sometimes harder topics.

If a student had an accident, got in mud or just even spilled/made a mess of their clothes I would put their dirty clothes in a bag and staple ones of these on there so I could remind parents to return the clothing. It has worked out so much better since I started doing this I have finally gotten back many of the clothes from my closet!
Great for handing out to teachers at the beginning of the year! I also have this hung up outside my door as well just as a gentle reminder to all staff.
