This is a simple template for a science experiment. I used this for an experiment on echolocation. Students draw and label the experiment in the top box. In the cloud, students can write something they wonder, want to learn more about, or a question. In the final box, students write observations.

This is a fun geometry challenge for students. Have students draw shapes to make their robot, cut out shapes from different colored paper, or trace shapes to create a cool robot. Students must record the number of shapes they used and total them up. This also helps students understand the concept of "more than" or "less than" as they have to use "at least" a certain number of shapes.

Included are 14 sentence starters for sharing. I have each sentence cut out and laminated. I choose a student each day to pick a sentence starter at random and students pair-share using the sentence frame. Then, some students share with the whole class. I like using these because I think it helps students expand their knowledge of talking points and vocabulary.
