I bring over 23 years of experience in education, having served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, and regional leadership coach. I currently support campus leaders, often in rural and under-resourced schools, as they navigate instructional leadership, systems-building, data analysis, and high-stakes decision-making.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with new and experienced administrators, instructional coaches, and leadership teams to strengthen instructional practices, improve campus systems, and build clarity during moments of pressure, change, and accountability.

I created The Admin Anchor to be the support I wish I had early in my leadership journey.
Many campus leaders are expected to manage instruction, systems, people, and pressure—often without a roadmap or mentor. My goal is to provide administrators and instructional leaders with steady, practical tools that help them feel grounded, confident, and supported in their work.
