Secondary Sub Plans
Easy to use sub plans. Sub plans don't need to be overly complicated-- in fact it's probably better if they aren't. I kept hearing comments from teachers not wanting to miss a day simply because they would have to write sub plans, but I'm here to help change that. These sub plans are fool-proof. Printable Meeting Sticky Notes
Printing custom sticky notes is one of my favorite things to do, especially around busy season with annual review meetings! This sticky note bundle includes two designs, one for IEP writing and the other for meeting reminders.

Student Support Slips for Self Advocacy & Special Education
Students sometimes need an extra nudge to get that assignment completed. A great way to have students build on their advocacy skills is through using student support slips. Print these out on colored paper and attach to the missing assignment. Then, your students can select why/what they need to complete it.

Teaching style
As an English teacher who works with a diverse population, it is incredibly important to me to build relationships with students and parents. In class, I strive to create a welcoming environment for all students where we can have conversations and healthy debates, discussing life, literature and more. Most of my work is aimed towards preparing students for life and the NYS English Regents Exam.

Teaching was my dream job from as long ago as I can remember. It started in my childhood bedroom teaching my stuffed animals and escalated to rearranging my furniture to as closely resemble a classroom as possible. Other kids begged their parents to go to the toy store, I begged mine to go to the teacher supply store. Needless to say, I have a passion for teaching and education. After my first year teaching, I realized the need to create materials that still kept with the standards but were more realistic, creative and engaging!
