I have created 16 clean up checklist signs to hang at each workstation in my classroom. I use five easy written instructions in order to ensure the instructions are easy to read and to the point. I also left a space for you to take your picture and include it in the sign. By offering students a visual reminder of what the workstation should look like at the end of each period ensures that you will have to do less cleaning at the end of each period and holds students responsible.

This set of 13 reward pages can be used in the classroom to reward positive student behavior at the teacher discretion. In my classroom we hold a weekly raffle and I use these as the rewards. There are 13 pages of different rewards from helping the students grades to PAT (preferred activity time). Each page prints with 10 cards per page.

This calendar is broken down by an 8 period day, though can be adjusted for your specific number of periods. I also left a space at the bottom for follow up notes.

This chart will allow you monitor how many tardies each student has received throughout the six weeks/semester and what consequences have been completed. Completely editable to allow you change consequences based on your school.

This is a two page computer log in and password list for students, my students not only need to know how to log on to the district computers but also end up having to set up accounts with unique passwords and usernames. This list will keep everything together in a nice neat sheet for the students to refer back to.
