Welcome to The Behavior Check-In, where I create time-saving resources for special education teachers focused on organization, IEP planning, behavior support, and social-emotional learning. My mission is to help educators feel more in control of their day so they can better support their students without becoming overwhelmed by the paperwork and demands of the job.
I'm Rachel — a Special Education Teacher, Behavior Specialist, and Coach in California with over 10 years of experience. I'm also a proud parent to an Autistic child, so I understand both personally and professionally how critical it is to have the right tools to support every learner.
