Hi, I’m Lindsey! Math teacher turned instructional coach. I’ve been an educator for 15 years, with the last seven spent coaching and encouraging teachers just like you! My purpose is simple: to call out the goodness…in you, in your students, and in this magical (and sometimes messy) world of teaching. I want to help make the challenges you face easier, so you have the energy to teach in ways that make you shine. Teaching style
I’m a hands-on, relational teacher who believes everyone can shine! I build strong connections and create space where learning feels safe, joyful, and full of possibility. I love helping students and teachers see the good in themselves and in each other. I’m all about celebrating growth, grit and showing grace! On The Bright Side, we call out the good, spark confidence, and help each other see the light in this beautiful, challenging work we get to do!
