Nicolette holds a bachelor's degree in Advertising from The University of Illinois at Urbana and master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Illinois at Chicago. Karen holds a master's degree in Art Education from the Art Institute of Chicago and master's degree in Educational Administration from Northern Illinois University.
