I print this out on a poster scale to hang in my classroom for students to reference throughout the year! I have them sign the sides as our behavior contract to uphold these traits to the best of our ability. We discuss each of our pillars- what they mean, and how to demonstrate them! I even have students write shoutouts of their peers who are showing stellar character and announce them at morning meetings to build community!
