I bring over 15 years of experience in education across K–12 classrooms, curriculum design, instructional coaching, and school leadership. I have worked with teachers, schools, and educational organizations to design lessons, assessments, and instructional systems that support diverse learners and real classroom needs.

Teaching style

My approach to teaching is grounded in differentiation, clarity, and consistency. I focus on creating structured learning experiences that support students at different levels while keeping routines simple and manageable for teachers. My resources are designed to reduce planning time while maintaining strong instructional quality.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to support students and educators in achieving strong academic growth and long-term success. Some of my most meaningful work has included helping schools build effective instructional systems, supporting teachers in improving their practice, and contributing to student outcomes such as increased achievement and college readiness.

My own education history

I hold a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction and a background in English and Mathematics, with a focus on effective instructional practice, curriculum development, and supporting diverse learners.

I created The Differentiated Learning Lab to provide practical, low-prep resources that reflect what actually works in classrooms. My goal is to help teachers manage multiple learning levels with confidence through structured, easy-to-use materials that support all students.
