Since I couldn't find one of these on TPT, I decided to make my own. This is a 1-300 chart that can be edited for whatever you need. You can take out some of the numbers for your students to write in or use it as a counting tool when students are adding two two-digit numbers. I am using it as a strategy with one and two step word problems. Either way, hope you like it!
This worksheet helps students to practice using both the inches and centimeters sides of their rulers. They then have to compare the two numbers and find the difference. The writing at the bottom allows students the opportunity to explain how they got their answers.
Common Core Standards:
2.MD.2 - Measure the length of an object twice, using length units of different lengths for the two measurements.
2.MD.4 - Measure to determine how much longer one object is than another, expressing the length
*UPDATED* Found a spelling error on the graphic features page. New updated version has been uploaded! Do you have students absolutely OBSESSED with Kpop Demon Hunters? Need them to review main idea, cause and effect, and graphic features? Me too! That's how I came to create this Kpop Demon Hunters Reading Review. I wrote a simplified synopsis of the movie to give those students who may not have seen the movie a story to pull from. I truly hope you enjoy this product!
I created this activity for my students as an independent activity during ELA rotations and for a centers game. Once you download the document, insert your student's photos and type their name in the text box. Then print and laminate! Your students will love seeing their picture and name as well as their classmates' names! Your students can use whiteboard markers to practice their handwriting. Or playdough to form the letters. They can use plastic letters to spell their friends names too! The op

In this activity, students will use a paper clip to spin. They will build two three-digit numbers and then, using symbols, compare them. This can be an individual activity or with partners.
Common Core Standards:

2.NBT.4 - Compare two three-digit numbers based on the meanings of the hundreds, tens, and ones digits, using >, =, < symbols to record the results of comparisons.
This is a rubric I created for my Third Grade students' biography project. The simple, concise look will be helpful for students and parents alike to understand what they are being graded on. It is completely editable so make it perfect for you!
I created this to go with our Book Review Unit. This organizer allows students to put their thoughts in order with some prompting included. It gives students started sentences to use to help them create complete sentences. When I taught this, l told my students to write their lead sentence last, considering they needed all the other information first before they could write a strong lead sentence. But it's up to how you teach it! I hope you have fun!
