About the store

I've been teaching in Texas for 8 years. The last 4 1/2 years I have been an instructional specialist working with teachers to help create innovative classroom environments and differentiated lessons to engage all students at all levels. As an instructional specialist, I develop curriculum, assessments, and resources for PK-12th grade to support all my teachers across the district. Outside of the district, I create and deliver instruction to the children at my church through enriching summer programs.

EduTaboo Vocabulary Game

EduTaboo is a great vocabulary builder for students on all levels. This game helps them critically think about the vocabulary and builds their understanding of the meanings. You can also print the presentation out as a handout with 9 slides on one page, cut the slides out, and now you have card sized vocabulary words to have at a station or center. By finding ways to describe the word without using the common associated words really challenges the students in a FUN way :)

My own education history

I hold a bachelors in Human Resources Management, and then I found my passion for education and obtained my Masters in Educational Leadership in Instructional Technology.
