Genre Posters I have been using these posters instead of using anchor charts. I like having visual references up in my room but I don't like the look of anchor chart paper. This Friday 5 is something my students fill out every Friday before dismissal asa reflection back onto our week. Taking the time to focus on the good is important for a child's self esteem. I tell my students that we are all human and will make mistake, do the wrong things or just have a bad day. That's why we need to rewire our brain to find the good and not get stuck in our negative thoughts! There is also a version for your students to do at the end of each quarter!
