I have been teaching 5th grade for the past 18 years in the New Jersey public school system. I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree with a Reading Specialist certification. I have earned 15 graduate credits thus far.
Students choose from 21 universal lab safety rules to create a poster or you assign one rule to each student to have a variety to display/use. When students follow the included rubric, you will have phenomenal lab safety posters to display! The rubric is very specific and covers everything needed for the polished result you want! They are phenomenal student examples included!

Cell Part Poster Analogy Project with rubric and example included.
Students write the name of their assigned cell part at the top of their poster with a definition. Then, they draw a detailed, colorful picture of their cell part in the center of their poster. Finally, they draw real life analogies for their cell part. For example, nucleus as the cell director is like our president who directs the country. Other analogies for a nucleus: principal, boss, president, Mr. Crabs (spongebob)
