Experience

The Exploring Educator’s journey in education is truly full-circle! She currently teaches at the same elementary school she attended as a student—where she first dreamed of one day returning as a teacher! Through dedication and hard work, the dream became a reality. She is currently in her eighth year of teaching—where she has spent seven years in third grade and one year in fourth grade.

Teaching style

I believe in a UDL (Universal Design for Learning) approach in my classroom. Differentiation is key to all learners' success academically, emotionally, and socially. Sorry for the laughter, volume, chaos, and/or mess... we are learning in my classroom!
