I have taught full-day Kindergarten for three years, and am looking forward to entering my fourth year this fall! I also have experience teaching first-fourth graders in after school enrichment programs, homework labs, and summer school. Fun, independent way for students to practice letter ID, and upper/lowercase letter discrimination. Write the upper and lowercase letter on each side of a counter or on different sides of dice. Students will flip the counter or roll the dice and graph how many times they each upper and lower case letter. They can graph by tracing over the letter and/or coloring in the spaces. A fun, independent activity!

Experience

Teaching style

I strive to have an organized classroom where the kids can be as independent as possible. I believe every child can learn and make it my goal to help them to reach their full potential. I also want each year to be fun, memorable, and have a little bit of magic :)

I attended the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH.

Additional biographical information

I love teaching, anything with sprinkles, cupcakes, and my cat Maisy :) My favorite children's author is Mo Willems. I am best known on my teaching team for my organization, and my love for dressing up and making my teammates join me.
