The Fixes Program™ | 180-Day Classroom Behavior Practice System — Routines

You already have expectations. The problem is they don’t hold without practice — so you repeat the directions, then repeat the repeat. It’s one screen you project for about five minutes a day: name a skill, model it, the class runs live reps, and you point to where they’ll use it for real. Same words,

Additional biographical information

I’ve been in education for over two decades — long enough to know that behavior management isn’t about clip charts or point systems. It’s about structure, clarity, and relationships. I created The Fixes™ because I wanted a practical system that worked in real classrooms — fast. What started as a reset strategy in my own school has grown into a complete framework trusted by teachers, principals, and families across North America. Beyond the classroom, I’ve coached track and field, cross country, swimming, soccer, volleyball, basketball, and AA hockey. I’ve also presented at technology conferences and helped launch one of the first 1:1 iPod pilot programs through my school board. I believe behavior isn’t just manageable — it’s teachable. And with the right tools, it can be taught with calm, confidence, and consistency.
