The Frenchie Smart Cookie offers visual, low-prep, conversation-based FLE & ESL resources designed to help teens and adults speak, write, and express ideas with confidence.
All resources are built around simple but powerful prompts: images, writing starters, and open-ended questions to encourage real communication rather than scripted answers or heavy grammar drills. They are flexible and easy to use in both online and in-person lessons.
These materials were originally created for real conversation classes, after struggling to find resources that truly supported spontaneous speaking and creative expression. Many existing tools felt either too rigid, too academic, or not visual enough to spark natural interaction.

I’m an online French conversation tutor with over 3100 lessons taught to learners worldwide. Through daily teaching practice, I gradually developed and refined this approach — and The Frenchie Smart Cookie grew into a small creative studio for teachers and tutors looking for engaging, practical, and slightly different conversation resources.

Teaching style
My teaching style is patient, friendly, and stress-free. I focus on helping learners feel comfortable speaking, without pressure or judgment.
I don’t rely on long grammar explanations or repetitive drills. Instead, I use images, prompts, and guided questions to encourage observation, imagination, and natural conversation. One strong visual prompt is often enough to generate meaningful speaking practice.
All my resources are designed to be easy to use, flexible, and low-prep. They can be used online or in person, adapted to different levels, and integrated into a wide variety of lesson formats.
Whether for conversation warm-ups, speaking practice, or creative writing tasks, my goal is always the same: helping students speak more, think more, and gain confidence while making teachers’ lives easier.
