About the store

I am currently a teacher in Houston, Texas. I have taught in the public school setting and I am currently in the charter school setting. I have taught ELA, Social Studies, and Science. Science is where I spend most of my time creating interactive worksheets to reach my students through with a literacy approach. Currently I teach History and Writing teaching students how to write expository essays while also teaching a full History curriculum.

Experience

Teaching style

My teaching style incorporates a lot of interactive notes and activities for the students. They are also able to complete foldable activities inside of my classroom. I enjoy sketch notes, comic strips and vocabulary art activities. I don't just focus on Science when I am teaching my students I focus on math, technology, art, reading comprehension, and writing. While teaching history I ensure that my students are able to have access to primary sources which will allow them full grasp the content in its originality.
