Teaching style

My teaching style incorporates a lot of group work and individual practice. As a special education teacher, I do a lot of intentional grouping and differentiation. My favorite lessons are ones where students are talking to each other and engaged in the material.

My educational history is varied and I spent time working in the business world before entering education. I have a BA in American Political Studies from Northern Arizona University and a MA in Management from Azusa Pacific University. Most recently I earned my Masters of Art in Teaching and Special Education teaching credential from National Louis University in Chicago, IL.
