Teaching style
I approach the classroom with an open mind and use conscious disciple the best I can to maintain order and control in my classroom. I strongly believe building appropriate relationships with the students is the key to making each day enjoyable.
My own education history
I have a Master Degree in Education with an emphasis on Learning and Behavior Disorders. I also have my Bachelor's of Science degree in Secondary Education with a major in English and a minor in Speech and Dramatic Arts.
Additional biographical information
I love teaching because it gives me a chance to be a great mother to my two children and also be a role model to the other 100+ students I see each day. I teach at the Beaverton Jr/Sr High School which also where I attended school many years ago! I love what my school and community offers to our students and take great pride in what I do!
