I’m a secondary math teacher with over a decade of classroom experience in DC and Maryland public schools. I’ve taught Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and AP Precalculus — and in every classroom, I’ve made it my mission to challenge the traditional way we teach math.

I’m a secondary math teacher with over a decade of classroom experience in DC and Maryland public schools. I’ve taught Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and AP Precalculus — and in every classroom, I’ve made it my mission to challenge the traditional way we teach math.
Teaching style
My teaching style is methodical, inventive, and intentionally unorthodox — I design resources that help students think and understand the "why" behind each problem. Whether it's through visual storytelling, unusual problem structures, or real-world relevance, I create materials that go beyond the worksheet.
