Together, we bring over 30 years of combined experience in public education across classroom instruction, special education leadership, assessment, and itinerant service delivery. Our background includes roles as a classroom teacher, special education department chair, educational diagnostician, behavior support teacher, and Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments (TSVI).
We have worked across multiple campuses and grade levels, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support students with diverse learning needs. Our experience spans instruction, evaluation, compliance, ARD/IEP facilitation, workload management, and district-level coordination.
Because we have operated in both instructional and assessment roles, we understand the pressures faced by teachers, related service providers, and evaluation staff. The tools we create are informed by real-world demands and are designed to support clarity, efficiency, and sound decision-making in special education environments.
