Teaching style

My teaching style is centered on structure, engagement, and adaptability. I believe students learn best in environments where expectations are clear, routines are consistent, and learning is active. I focus on creating lessons that are both rigorous and accessible, using differentiation to meet the needs of a wide range of learners, from gifted students to those requiring additional support. I also prioritize student engagement by incorporating interactive and collaborative elements into my instruction. Whether through problem-solving activities, discussion, or hands-on learning, my goal is to keep students actively involved in the learning process while building confidence and independence.
