Math Mats

Multiple hands on math tools for different learning methods, along with a few reference pages too. Some pages include number sense, making a balanced equation, place value chart showing base tens blocks, ten frames, bar model, fact families, and telling time. I make these into "Math Menus" in my classroom so students can use daily with dry erase markers over and over again!

Additional biographical information

Hi! I’m an elementary school teacher with experience teaching Pre-K through Second Grade, and I love helping young learners discover just how fun learning can be! I believe the early years are full of curiosity, imagination, and BIG growth. In my classroom, you’ll find lots of hands-on learning, creativity, laughter, and encouragement as students build important skills and confidence. I enjoy creating lessons that feel playful and engaging while still supporting strong academic foundations. Having worked across multiple early childhood grade levels, I understand how young learners grow and learn at different stages. I strive to meet each child where they are and help them spread their wings as readers, writers, mathematicians, and kind classroom citizens. Watching my students learn, grow, and shine each day is the best part of my job—and I’m so excited to be part of their learning journey!
