I have been a high school and middle school teacher for 13 years, working at both public and private schools. Teaching style

My goal is for students to participate in their learning. This means working out problems either on their own or with a partner and being able to find their mistakes when they happen. If I can get students up and out of their seats, all the better. I do a lot of white board work and throw in activities that get them moving around the room.
