Experience

I have taught middle school and high school Mathematics. This will be my 18th year of teaching!

Teaching style

I love structured notes that allow students to read, follow along and keep organized all their fundamental topics needed for successful learning. Besides this, fun activities are essential for keeping them engaged and it helps them practice their new skills! I believe it is so important to learn your classrooms personality and change your plans to match what helps them learn the best. This means I am always looking for new, fun ideas and activities to keep my students engaged! I believe that the appearance of what we give our students matters a lot. My students seem to really like a more modern look to any material I give them. It is important to grab their interest with new and creative ideas! I am never afraid to try something new!
