Hi TPT friends! I have the Lakeshore 30-square rainbow rug in my classroom! I love it, but I sometimes forget where I assigned my students to sit. So I made this rug-replica chart that matches the rug colors and will help everyone remember where they are supposed to sit! This "hospital" is where Desk Pets will be taken to if their hearts are broken by unkind actions, or if their ears are broken by loud voices! Simply print out the PDF and scale it to whatever size you need. I cut out the square, laminated it, and taped it on top of a pencil box! Inside, as seen on the viral TikToks, you can place a Desk Pet nurse and doctor!

This is a PDF of the "DON'T FORGET" sign that I have created. This sign, when cut out, measures to be exactly 8x10, which makes it perfect to frame.
