The Modified Mission

Hi, I'm Sydney Alley — a wife, mom, and special education teacher with a heart for helping every student thrive. I graduated in 2022 with a degree in Early Childhood and Special Education, and from the moment I stepped into the classroom, I knew I was exactly where I was called to be. My first year of teaching focused on social-emotional learning and life skills, and I’m now heading into my second year teaching in a high school inclusion classroom for students with multiple disabilities. I’m passionate about creating resources that are meaningful, accessible, and supportive of all learners — because every student deserves a chance to shine. My teaching style is evident in the name of my store- "The Modified Mission" I believe that every learner deserves a path to success- even if that path looks different from the traditional one. "The Modified Mission" represents the journey I take with my students everyday: - Modifying lessons -Meeting unique needs -Building independence -Celebrating growth in all forms My mission isn't about one-size-fits-all education, but adapting the learning journey so that each student can thrive, feel valued, and gain real-world skills that last a lifetime.
