About the store

Experience

Paediatric SP based in Australia, supporting young children with early communication, AAC and language development. I work closely with families, educators, and therapy teams to create practical, evidence-informed supported that help communication grow in everyday life.

Teaching style

My approach is playful, near-affirming, and connection first. I focus on building safety, shared joy, and meaningful communication through play, routines, visuals, and responsive interaction. All resources are designed for real children, real families, and real therapy spaces.

Awards & shining teacher moments

My proudest moments come from watching children feel understood, share their first meaningful messages, and grow in confidence. I am passionate about supporting families and educators with simple, practical tools that truly make daily communication easier.

My own education history

Bachelor (Honours) Speech Pathologist with clinical experience in early childhood communication, autism, AAC, apraxia, and language development. I continue to learn through ongoing professional development.

Additional biographical information

I created the playful speechie to share gentle, practical resources that support communication beyond the therapy room. Every resource is designed to be clear, useful, and immediately helpful for therapists, educators, and families supporting young communicators.
