This is the complete Dairy and Egg unit for my home based culinary class. Can be altered to meet needs of nutrition and wellness classes or industry based culinary classes.
This project is a super simple sewing project. I currently do this project with 9-12 grade students. They are very successful. I have found that if I do some sort of sample work prior to having them complete this project, they do a bit better. It is important to note that they do need some understanding of machine sewing prior to making this.
