The prelab questions are followed by the recipe for both biscuits and gravy. I typically have my students do a day where they just make biscuits in a different lab and then make biscuits and gravy once they are a bit more comfortable.

This project is a super simple sewing project. I currently do this project with 9-12 grade students. They are very successful. I have found that if I do some sort of sample work prior to having them complete this project, they do a bit better. It is important to note that they do need some understanding of machine sewing prior to making this.
