My teaching style is rooted in clarity, consistency, and meeting students where they are. I believe that all students can succeed when they are given structured support, clear expectations, and opportunities to practice skills in meaningful ways.
In my classroom, I focus heavily on building strong foundational skills—especially in math—through repetition, fluency practice, and targeted instruction. I use data to guide my teaching, identify gaps, and provide support through small groups and differentiated activities.
I value routines and simple systems that help students feel confident and independent. At the same time, I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel safe to make mistakes and grow.
Above all, my goal is to make learning approachable and effective, helping students build both skills and confidence over time.
