End of the Year FREEBIE: Friend Request Questionnaire

These pages are useful to have your students fill out at the end of the year when it is class building time. They give teachers and administration an idea of friendships to maintain and allow students to share any requests or concerns that may be on their minds. Since there is often the possibility of split (a.k.a. “combined”) classes, students have the opportunity to write down a friend’s name in the grade below and above their own. I hope you find them helpful! All the best, Bryn Like what

Experience

❤Hello and Welcome❤ I've been a classroom teacher for over 20 years in Ontario and love to help educators teach "hard" topics like residential schools in Social Studies and private parts in Health. Come say hi to me on Insta @theprimarypatch❤

Teaching style

I started my teaching career in France in the summer of 2000 immediately after graduating from the Faculty of Education at Queen's University. I taught at a prestigious private school in Paris and then worked at a small private school located in Tours, France in the Loire Valley for 2 years. After moving back home to Canada, I taught French Immersion Kindergarten and have been teaching K-3 ever since. I'm currently a supply teacher eagerly awaiting a classroom to love on again.

Awards & shining teacher moments

I was chosen to be on the cover of a French Catholic Teaching Magazine reading "Where The Wild Things Are" with some of my sweet Kindies at the time. It was the first picture book I bought before moving over to France and I still have it.

My own education history

I have my Bachelor of Arts in French and History. I did my third year of University in Nantes, France at the Faculté de Lettres. My Bachelor of Education is from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario. I have my Special Education Part 1 and my Reading Specialist.

Additional biographical information

My goal is to make my students want to come to school because it's a safe, fun, happy, nurturing and amazing place to be.
