Experience

Find AP Psychology resources here! 2025 AP Psychology Average Composite Score: 4 out of 5. As an AP Psychology Reader, I’ve had the unique opportunity to evaluate student responses from across the country and gain firsthand insight into how EBQs and AAQs are scored. This experience has deepened my understanding of exactly what students need to include in their writing to earn full points. I’ve used this knowledge to create clear, student-friendly tools that align with College Board expectations and help teachers support targeted, high-impact writing instruction. I have taught AP Psychology, Regular Psychology, World History and Geography, U.S. Government and Geography, Economics, and Sociology in Tennessee since 2016.

Teaching style

I have found the most success when students are provided knowledge organizers, guides, and toolkits to supplement their learning. If students are given accurate descriptions of key vocabulary terms or structures for their writing and note-taking, they can spend the majority of time applying their knowledge of vocabulary terms and content through writing or scenario-based practices which leads to better retention of information. My products align to this teaching style and vision.
