About the store
From troubled youth to education reformer, my journey isn’t just personal, it’s proof that systems can change when purpose meets execution. Today, I’m an entrepreneur and business strategist who builds scalable ventures that create value and drive impact. As an investor and founder of multiple private schools across Florida, West Virginia, and Arizona, I’ve launched institutions that don’t just enroll students, they transform lives. My work bridges business and mission. I help businesses streamline operations, build monetizable systems, and scale sustainably. I’ve negotiated public and private partnerships, designed full operational infrastructures, and led teams of 100+ across multiple states. My Strengths in Action: • Scaled an alternative education network across 3 states in under 5 years • Developed HR, compliance, and operational systems still in use by 100+ staff • Created proprietary curriculum frameworks tied to workforce readiness & character • Built government & nonprofit partnerships to serve high-risk populations • Grew multiple businesses through strategic branding and operational efficiency But my work goes far beyond administration. I build schools, businesses, strategies, and legacies. I reform reputations. I turn setbacks into systems. And I make sure every young person who walks through our doors sees someone who never gave up on himself, or on them.

Additional biographical information

My career began at a school dedicated to teaching children with Autism, where I served in numerous roles, ranging from assistant teacher to assistant Director, from 2005 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, I transitioned to a position at St. Albans Child Enrichment Center, where I coordinated health, mental health, and disability services for children with suspected disabilities in collaboration with Head Start Miami. Afterwards, from 2016 to 2019, I served as the Recruiting and Compliance Director at Career Prep Academy of South Florida, where I developed and implemented recruiting and compliance strategies to ensure the school's continued growth and well-being. After 2019, I began co-founding private institutions and investing in numerous programs to help students with suspected disabilities access support and discover their purpose.
